Ray Lewis is a queer and autistic artist from Vashon Island, Washington. They hold a BA in studio art from Mills College and currently live in the California Bay Area, on Ohlone land​.

 I work across mediums in order to explore how my inner world is influenced by neurodivergent and queer identity. I fill my work with personal symbols that narrate feelings of otherness, connection to nature, and spiritual/emotional experiences. I am inspired by architecture and by the rhythms of nature–looking towards the movement of light, wind, and trees for inspiration
